The site was made into an educational site for the community by illustrating the relationship of wetlands ecology to water quality through interpretive educational elements.
Headquartered in Carlsbad, CA, they bring nationally recognized ecologists, toxicologists and chemists experienced in environmental impact assessment, wetlands ecology, marine and terrestrial biology, microbiology, water quality, groundwater and current modeling, oceanographic studies, data management and analysis, mitigation/restoration planning, GIS services, scientific visualization, watershed science, and resource management planning.
Knowledge gained from carefully-designed restoration projects will contribute to filling data gaps and advance the understanding about wetlands ecology and the complex interactions of biological, physical, and chemical processes of this dynamic ecosystem.
