A retired Marine Colonel naval aviator, he has also been a biographee in Whos Who in American Law, Whos Who in the East and Whos Who in America, and he participates in various civic organizations, such as being an advisory board member for the Greater Boston Salvation Army and a trustee of the USS Constitution Museum.
