Location:2 miles east of Ontario on WI 33.
Facilities:30 campsites, 3 group camps, 24 equestrian campsites, showers, picnic areas, hiking trails (26 miles), nature trails (1 mile), bridle trails (15 miles), ski trails (7 miles), snowshoe trails (18 miles), nature center, scenic vista, boat launch, canoe rentals.
Activities:Camping, canoeing, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, cross-country skiing, naturalist programs (seasonal).
Special Features:The Kickapoo River's erosion has created beautiful vertical or nearly vertical sandstone cliffs along the river. Some of these cliffs are large enough to create an isolated humid environment capable of supporting rare plants.
