Win Show hidden files and folders

To display all hidden files and folders in an Explorer view, do the following:

Windows Vista
1. Start menu/Control Panel.
2. Select Classic View if not in that mode.
3. Select Folder Options/View.
4. Check "Show hidden files and folders."

Windows XP/2000
1. Launch Explorer.
2. Select Tools/Folder Options/View.
3. Check "Show hidden files and folders."

Windows 98
1. Launch Explorer.
2. Select Tools/Folder Options/View.
3. Check "Show all files."

Windows 95/NT 4
1. Launch Explorer.
2. Select View/Options
3. Check "Show all files."
