Winter Park, residential and resort city (1990 pop. 22,242), Orange co., central Fla., just N of Orlando in a citrus area; settled in the 1850s, inc. 1887. It is the seat of Rollins College. Within the city are 12 lakes, some of which are connected by navigable canals. The city is known for its large oak trees and parks, and the Temple orange was developed there.
