| Everyone with a working set of eyes can see that when drivers use handheld cell phones -- as opposed to one of the various technologies that allows them to talk hands-free -- their driving skills suffer. This design will highlight the estimated benefits, potential vendors, proposed implementation scenarios and sequence of activities that will result in a working set of pilots. So the new requirements offer school districts not only a chance to get a working set of standards and assessments done, but an opportunity for science to become an important subject again. |
