Iazgulem 

(also Mazardara, Obimazar), a river in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast, Tadzhik SSR; a right tributary of the Piandzh. The Iazgulem measures 80 km in length and drains an area of 1,970 sq km. It originates in the glaciers of the northern slope of the Iazgulem Range and flows through a deep valley. It is fed primarily by glaciers. High water lasts from June until September. The mean flow rate 6 km from the mouth is 36.2 cu m per sec. Ice is observed from late November until February.

Iazgulem 

(also Mazardara), a valley glacier in the western Pamirs of the Tadzhik SSR. The glacier is located on the northern slope of the Akademiia Nauk Range, at the source of the Iazgulem River. It stretches 19.5 km to the upper course of the firn zone and covers an area of 25.5 sq km, including approximately 2 sq km of dead ice. The glacier ends at an elevation of 3,600 m.

Iazgulem 

a mountain range in the western Pamirs, Tadzhik SSR, between the Iazgulem and Bartang rivers. The range stretches approximately 170 km in length and has average heights of 4,500–6,000 m. The highest point is Revoliutsiia Peak, with an elevation of 6,974 m. The range is composed of shales, sandstones, limestones, and granites. The glaciers along the crest have a total area of approximately 630 sq km. Sparse semi-desert and high-mountain vegetation occurs on the slopes.
