4G

(4th Generation) The fourth version of a product or system. For example, the cellular technology that is commonly deployed is in its fourth generation, although 5G is the latest. In 2010, the ITU officially designated LTE, WiMAX and HSPA+ as 4G technologies. See LTE, WiMAX, HSPA and cellular generations.
