As shown in Table 4, at 4 h post-injection, LPS challenge upregulated the mRNA expression of liver hexokinase (Hexok) 2, and down-regulated the mRNA expression of 6-phosphofructokinase (liver type-like) (L-PFK), pyruvate dehydrogenase (PDH), acyl-coenzyme A oxidase, and liver carnitine palmitoyltransferase (L-CPT)-1 (p<0.05).
tequilana, four unigenes were annotated as 6G-fructosyltransferase, d-2-hydroxyglutarate dehydrogenase, gluconokinase, and 6-phosphofructokinase, respectively, and they might be related to fructan production, while in A.
Increased riboflavin production by knockout of 6-phosphofructokinase I and blocking the Entner-Doudoroff pathway in Escherichia coli.
These results suggest that AD in tree shrews is associated with up-regulation of numerous cellular processes in the hippocampus, including glycolysis, toxin response, carbohydrate processing, cellular projections, as well as with activity of 6-phosphofructokinase and M-band.
Lactic acid production maybe increased in certain situations via alkalosis dependent activation of 6-phosphofructokinase enzyme [11, 14], and ketone bodies production may be enhanced [15].
