Arkhiboliia

 

(from Russian; Greek arche, beginning, and bole, a throw), deviations in the structures of organs in the early stages of embryonic development. Arkhiboliia subsequently “corrects itself and does not lead to obvious changes in the characteristics of the adult organism.
