Balyktakh

 

Bylyktaakh, a river in the Yakut ASSR, on Kotel’nyi Island. Length, 205 km; basin area, 4,110 sq km. It rises on the Tollia Plateau and flows southward, emptying into Smirnitskii Bay. The Balyktakh is fed by runoff from snow and glaciers and also by rainwater.
