Facilities:Picnic areas (é), picnic shelter, nature trail, lookout point, interpretive center.
Activities:Fishing, bird watching, picnicking, hiking/walking, historical programs (seasonal).
Special Features:The site of Barnegat Lighthouse on the northern tip of Long Beach in Ocean County was regarded as one of the most crucial "change of course" points for coastal vessels, which depended on the lighthouse to avoid offshore shoals. The story of Barnegat Lighthouse is showcased in the park's Interpretive Center.
