Kenny, of Blackpool, Lancashire, was arrested on Thursday, along with Mr
Barrymore, 55, and Justin Merritt, 32.
Barrymore had returned to Britain last year to take part in Celebrity Big Brother, hoping it would lead to him being offered major new roles.
During his trial at Liverpool crown court the jury heard that O'Brien visited Mr
Barrymore at his Essex home in December 2001 with some flowers and was allowed into the star's home.
