Beton i Zhelezobeton

 

(Concrete and Reinforced Concrete), monthly scientific-engineering and production journal. Organ of the State Committee on Construction of the Council of Ministers of the USSR.

Beton i zhelezobeton has been published in Moscow since 1955. It deals with problems of research, design, production, and utilization of new types of concretes, reinforcements, and concrete and reinforced-concrete structural members, including cast and prestressed elements. The journal also publishes studies on the theory of concrete and reinforced concrete, the calculation and design of reinforced-concrete structural members and their classification, standardization, and durability, and future prospects in the construction industry for the production of concrete and reinforced-concrete products. In 1970 its circulation was 21,000.
