Billings Cape

Billings Cape
a cape on the shore of the Long Strait in the eastern part of the East Siberian Sea (69° 51’ N lat., 176° 08’ E long.). The settlement of Billings is located on Billings Cape. The cape was named in honor of I. I. Billings.
