Facilities:Boat ramp, bait shop, parking, vault toilets.
Activities:Boating, fishing.
Special Features:Area is one of two state recreation areas on Devils Lake (see also Graham's Island State Recreation Area). Black Tiger Bay is used exclusively as a boat access area and has a parking area for boat trailers.
