Mount. a mountain in NW Canada, in SW Yukon in the St. Elias Range: the highest peak in Canada and the second highest in North America. Height (after a re-survey in 1993): 5959 m (19 550 ft.)

Logan

 

a mountain peak in northwestern Canada, in the St. Elias Mountains; the second-highest mountain in North America (elevation, 6,050 m). Mount Logan is composed of granites and is covered with extensive glaciers that reach almost to its base. Numerous valley glaciers originate on Mount Logan, including the Logan glacier (80 km long).
