Bolshoi Uran

Bol’shoi Uran
(also Bol’shoi Churan), a river in Orenburg Oblast, RSFSR; a right tributary of the Samara. It is 155 km long and drains a basin of 2,200 sq km. It rises in the highest part of the Obshchii Syrt and is fed mainly by snow. The average year-round discharge is 4.7 cubic meters per second.
