Bystrovka

 

an urban-type settlement, administrative center of Keminskii Raion, Kirgiz SSR. It is situated in the eastern part of the Chu valley, on the left bank of the Chu River. It is a railroad station 95 km east of Frunze. Population, 10, 500 (1968). An electronics plant, a bread-baking plant, and a power combine are located there.
