Cement Concrete

 

a general term for concretes that use cement as a binder, primarily, portland cement and its varieties. Cement concrete is the most commonly used material for fabricating precast and cast-in-place concrete and reinforced-concrete structural members and products because it hardens under normal conditions and exhibits excellent physical and mechanical properties—strength, waterproofness, resistance to freezing, and durability.
