Location:Off the Garden State Parkway at Exit 120 or via Route 34; follow signs.
Facilities:53 tent and trailer campsites with flush toilets and showers, 6 group campsites with water and flush toilets, picnic areas, group picnic areas with shelter, playfields, and playground, hiking and multi-use trails, bathhouse, food concession, interpretive center.
Activities:Camping, boating (electric motors only; cartop boat launch only), canoeing, lake fishing, swimming, hiking, bicycling, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding.
Special Features:Park is located in the middle of the urban north and suburban south, in a transitional zone between two different ecosystems. Open fields, saltwater and freshwater marshes, a white cedar swamp, Pine Barrens, and a northeastern hardwood forest are its principal characteristics.
