This patient was a male infant, aged 31 weeks and 1 day, with a history of jaundice, choluria, and fecal hypocholia that had begun 2 weeks prior.
The patient was a male, 26 years of age, and a member of the National Army Force, who had symptoms and paraclinical findings compatible with acute hepatitis: malaise, fever, choluria, jaundice, and elevated levels of bilirubin and liver enzymes.
** Signs--normal physical examination, abnormal pulmonary auscultation, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, jaundice, choluria, acholia, exanthema or purpuric rash, lymphadenopathies, neurological disturbances, meningeal signs, psychiatric disturbances.
