Location:On the north side of Sunrise Highway, just west of Pond Road, in Oakdale.
Facilities:Multi-use trails (50 miles), museum/visitor center, gift shop.
Activities:Fishing (é), hiking, horseback riding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, nature programs.
Special Features:Preserve maintains land and water for the protection and propagation of game birds, fish, and animals. Rare nesting birds, including osprey, are found here, as well as rare plants such as trailing arbutus and pyxie moss in their native habitats.
