Access ramps have been re-graded and improvements to lighting, CCTV,
customer information systems, ticket machines and validators, seating and waiting shelters were all delivered to further improve the passenger experience at the station.
TMG provides IT planning, selection and implementation support for
customer information systems (CIS), automated dispatch and mobile data, work management, advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) and meter data management (MDM).
In Turkey, DISCO managers focused on the operations of commercial, financial, and
customer information systems, while in South Africa, they learned about engineering, planning and operations management.
Research topics include smart grid data analytics,
customer information systems, distribution management systems, cyber security, meter data management and managed services.
The contract, which lasts for five years, will see Telent supporting all SISS assets across the network, including Public Help Points (PHPs), CCTV cameras, PA speakers,
Customer Information Systems (CIS) and clocks.
These include
customer information systems at Morpeth and Cramlington stations, level access at Morpeth, extended opening hours for Morpeth's ticket office and, of course, full re-opening of the Ashington Blyth and Tyne line to Ashington and Woodhorn.

customer information systems along this route.
The works will include: Bidston:
Customer information systems at the station entrance, waiting area, booking hall and on platforms; fully accessible toilet and more seating.
