The prognosis is reserved, taking into account the possibility of
decompensation of all related comorbidities, the appearance of hemodynamic instability, the aggravation of vascular and parenchymatous
decompensation of the liver cirrhosis, with the development of encephalopathy phenomena and evolution towards exitus.
A total of 241 patients admitted to cardiology department with
decompensation of heart failure were included in the study.
The TRANSITION trial will compare administration of Entresto in hospitals and its administration after discharge from hospital in heart failure patients with decreased ejection fraction (HFrEF) who were hospitalised recently following acute
