Location:Along the Mississippi River in northwest Illinois, 1.5 miles of north of Oquawka, near IL 164.
Facilities:Campsites for tent or trailer camping (some primitive, some with electric and water hookups), group camping area, showers, 3 picnic areas, picnic shelter, restrooms, playground, trails (2 miles), boat ramp, 2 docks.
Activities:Camping, boating, fishing, hiking, ice fishing, ice skating.
Special Features:Much of the park is forested, providing habitat for a variety of wildlife species including squirrel, rabbit, raccoon, deer, groundhog, and quail. More than 50 species of birds have been identified at Delabar.
