With regard to measuring the profitability of firms, Table 3 sums up the
descriptive statistics related to Gross Profit ratio of five selected companies.
Table 1
Descriptive statistics of the variables of the study
Previous reports shows that
descriptive statistics is the most frequent method of analysis in publications of PJMS.23 Simple statistical methods like student t -- tests, correlation, chi-square and Fisher's exact tests, Mann--Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis and Wilcoxon signed rank test are frequently used.
Table 2 describe the
descriptive statistics of repurchase intension.
Fruit Number: Table 3 depicts
descriptive statistics for fruit number in the Strawberry cultivars studied.
Descriptive statistics results for 'lean design' (Table 11) are very unanimous.
Table 1 consists of
descriptive statistics of the actual survey responses, whereas Table 2 consists of
descriptive statistics of the quarterly means; therefore, the variation in Table I is much greater compared with Table 2.
Tests used to analyze the data included frequency analysis for
descriptive statistics on the entire sample, as well as Independent Samples T-Tests to determine the
descriptive statistics for the study variables.
The application includes a range of basic statistical methods and advanced multivariate statistical methods, such as
descriptive statistics, t-test, f-test, nonparametric test, factor analysis, principal component analysis, cluster analysis, discrimination analysis, and correspondence analysis.
This study used
descriptive statistics to analyze the primary data which was collected through a questionnaire covering six schools in Ahfad University for Women.
Each instrument, pre and post, were analyzed separately for
descriptive statistics. Student scores for the pre self-rating instrument were compiled across semesters with mean values run by question on the pre and post instruments.
Descriptive statistics of the NI in this sample were as follows: M=28.0, SD=9.5, x=.94.
