Detritophages

Detritophages
animals that feed on detritus. They include many Polychaeta, Echiuroidea, bivalve mollusks, plankton Crustacea, and Rotifera. Some detritophages filter small particles of detritus from the water with the aid of filtration apparatus, whereas others feed directly on the detritus.
