Dimbokro

 

a city in the Republic of the Ivory Coast, on the Nzi River (Bandama river basin), with 15,300 inhabitants (1963). Dimbokro is the trade transport center of an agricultural district producing cacao, coffee, yams, manioc, and corn. It lies on the Abidjan-Ouagadougou railroad line and has a sawmilling industry.
