Exif Editor is available for Windows
The set of images and metadata are received by the Data Processing node and the
EXIF tags of the image are inspected.
After creation of images or series of them (images can also be created electronically using a notebook and data can be compared in situ (this function must be supported by the digital camera), we shall proceed to the check of images on a computer according to
Exif information (sensitivity, exposure time, focal length, flash use information, and focusing distance) to be sure of maintenance of all parameters as in previous image creation.
GeoTagger then writes the coordinates into the
EXIF header of each image.
And if connected to a portable GPS device, the location and time of capture is automatically added to each image as
EXIF data.
Today's digital cameras allow us to save an image in a JPEG (.jpg) format file with
EXIF (8) (Exchangeable Image File) metadata describing the picture taken.
Graphic Inspector 1.1 displays information about a file, including its resolution, compression, type, colour mode, colour profile, spot colours, dimensions, fonts and
EXIF data.
*JPEG_(not progressive scan) Baseline and
EXIF 2.2 formats only
It is in this sense that the photomosaic might be regarded as a viewing aid rather than the definitive recording itself--which remain the individual photographs, which not incidentally retain all of their relevant
EXIF data including f-stop, effective ISO, focal length, flash setting, colour space, resolution, date and time of day, camera make and model.
