Note: The official Philippine data showed imports of $22.5 billion CIF, and Philippine
exports of $8.4 billion FOB, for a deficit of $14.1 billion.
On the other hand, the
exports of gems increased from $0.626 million last fiscal year to $0.459 million during the current year.
Governor Bill Walker announced in March that Alaska
exported more than $5.15 billion of goods in 2014--the second highest year ever for Alaska
exports and a 13.8 percent increase over the previous year.
Exports began rising in May and continued their climb in June, marking the beginning of a recovery in

export brandings and production of more value-added food products.
