Edmonds, Francis

Edmonds, Francis (William) (E. F. Williams, early pseudonym)

(1806–63) painter; born in Hudson, N.Y. Based in New York City, his genre paintings were influenced by William Sidney Mount, as in All Talk and No Work (1855–56).
