an urban-type settlement, center of Oktiabr’skii Raion, Amur Oblast, RSFSR.
Ekaterinoslavka is located 186 km east of Blagoveshchensk on the Budunda River (a tributary of the Zeia). It has a railway station, a creamery, and a grain elevator.
