Elektrougli

 

a city (since 1956) in Noginsk Raion, Moscow Oblast, RSFSR. Railroad station 35 km east of Moscow. Population, 18,000 (1974). Enterprises include the Elektrougli Association, a ceramics combine, and the Tekhuglerod Plant. The city has an evening industrial technicum and a machine-building technicum.
