IP/Ethernet

(Internet Protocol/ETHERNET) The protocols used in almost all local area networks (LANs). The IP refers to the TCP/IP protocol suite, which ensures accurate transmission of the message. Ethernet is the network access method, which transmits the packets from one node to the next. See IP, TCP/IP and Ethernet.
