Location:70 miles east of Reno.
Facilities:Undeveloped.
Activities:Limited hunting.
Special Features:Most years there is insufficient water flow down the Carson River to provide good habitat for migrating waterfowl.
Habitats: 15,000 acres of gently rolling to flat deser shrublands made up of greasewood and saltbush.
Access: Open to public but travel is limited to dirt roads. Four-wheel-drive vehicles are recommended.
Wild life: Migratory shorebirds and waterfowl.
