Activities:Camping, fishing, hiking, nature study, historical interpretive programs.
Special Features:Park includes the ruins of the fort buildings, including a hand-dug well, mess hall, ghost building, barracks, library, rock chimney, store, administration building, cistern, hospital, and officers' quarters. A portion of the official Texas longhorn cattle herd resides here.
