GPMC
(1) (Group Policy Management Console) A Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in for managing Group Policy objects (GPOs) in Active Directory. Starting with Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP (with .NET), GPMC is used to manage policy settings across multiple Active Directory (AD) domains. It consolidated a variety of previous policy and AD snap-ins into one user interface. See GPO and Microsoft Management Console.
(2) (Ginger Pumpkin Mousse Cheesecake) A whole lot more appetizing than definition #1 above, this is an extraordinarily delicious dessert conceived by master chef Steve Thompson. It has been a delight at the annual New Year's Day party hosted by the editor of this encyclopedia, Alan Freedman and his wife Irma (2015 marked the 37th year of the party and the sixth year of the GPMC!).
