Galaxy A series

Galaxy A series

A line of Android midrange smartphones from Samsung (not to be confused with the 2010 Galaxy A). The Galaxy A3 was introduced in 2014, while the A5 and A7 were added a year later. The A series is somewhat similar in design to the very popular and more expensive Galaxy S phones. However, the CPUs are slower, and there is less storage and RAM than S models. The A3 features a 4.5" screen compared to the 5.1" screens of the Galaxy S5 and S6. All models include Samsung's Knox security app. See Galaxy S.
