Gardner syndrome. This condition typically presents as deforming epidermoid cysts, though it may also include fibromas, lipomas, leiomyomas, trichoepitheliomas, and neurofibromas.
Multiple supernumerary teeth are usually associated with development disorders or syndromes such as cleidocranial dysplasia or
Gardner syndrome. However, occurrence of multiple supernumerary teeth in the absence of any associated syndrome or condition is very uncommon.
Supernumerary teeth have been documented in cleiodocranial dysplasia and
Gardner syndrome. A few of these will be discussed as examples of the nature of abnormal numbers of teeth in syndromes.

Gardner syndrome, which should be considered when a patient has more than one osteoma.
