Google Health
A personal health records (PHR) service from Google that lets people develop their own profile and document their medical history. The Google Health site provides links to diagnostic labs, pharmacies and healthcare organizations that transfer patient medical records, as well as organizations that are in business to obtain medical data from paper and electronic records.
