Henrys Lake State Park
Location:In eastern Idaho, 15 miles from Yellowstone National Park
Facilities:45 campsites (some with electricity and water), camping cabins,
showers, flush toilets, modern fish cleaning station, boat ramp, trails.
Activities:Camping, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, guided nature walks.
Special Features:Henrys Lake is a high mountain lake where the trout fishing is
considered among the finest in the west. The park opens the Thursday
before Memorial day and
closes on October 31st, weather permitting.
