Activities:Fishing, hunting (with restrictions), hiking, canoeing, kayaking.
Special Features:Park's extensive hiking trail network includes a segment of the Appalachian National Scenic Trail (see separate entry in national trails section) and mountaintop views of the Hudson River and the Hudson Highland Range. The most well-known of the park's trails is 5.5-mile Breakneck Ridge, which rises 1,250 feet in just three-quarters of a mile. Newsweek rated it one of the top ten day hikes in the country.
