(1,3-5) Because treatment of hyperthermia requires elimination of
hyperreflexia, paralysis is recommended.
Suppression of bladder
hyperreflexia by intravesical resiniferatoxin.
Bladder capacity of 365c and residual volume of 140 cc was reported by which urodynamic tests showed detrusor
hyperreflexia (Figure 1).
Limb weakness, gait imbalance, spasticity and
hyperreflexia are some motor deficits.
CNS examination revealed generalized hypertonia,
hyperreflexia, and spasticity and upgoing plantars.
Concurrent Lhermitte phenomenon and/or lower limb
hyperreflexia with Babinski signs would further support this localization.
Physical examination showed that the muscular strength in both lower extremities was Level IV with
hyperreflexia of bilateral patellar tendons and a suspicious positive Babinski sign on the left side.
By the time there is regeneration of the peripheral nerve, the signs of CNS involvement may be predominant, including
hyperreflexia, increased muscle tone and spastic gait.
Clinical manifestations of hypocalcaemia include apnoea, seizures, jitteriness, increased extensor tone, clonus,
hyperreflexia, and stridor.
Unilateral leg pain with a discrepancy in the size of the calves; (one more swollen than the other) can indicate a condition known as deep venous thrombosis (DVT); a history of peripheral artery disease (PAD) and the pulses in your lower extremities the decreased; if one extremity is more [sale appeiring than the other or if one extremity is cooler to the touch; if you have muscle weakness, muscle wasting,
hyperreflexia, spasticity fasciculations, or sensory deficits, as these signs can indicate a serious neuromuscular disorder (Hensley, 0009).
The physical exam revealed short stature (height: 133 cm) (<2 SD), microcephaly (head circumference: 47.5 cm) (<2SD), low weight (26 Kg), intellectual disability, altered speech, ataxic gait, and
hyperreflexia, accompanying the skin findings: alopecia, freckle-like skin lesions, actinic keratoses sparing unexposed areas, and marked skin atrophy in eyelids and around the mouth (Figure 2(b)).
