Location:9 miles west of Burnet on Hwy 29, in the central portion of the state.
Facilities:Campsites with water and electricity hookups, tent camping, primitive campsites, group camp, limited use cabins, showers, restrooms, day-use group facility, picnic areas, hiking trails, beach, boat ramp, fishing piers, boat rentals, 9-hole golf course, amphitheater, park store, playgrounds.
Activities:Camping, hiking, boating, canoeing, fishing, swimming, water-skiing, scuba diving, golf, interpretive programs.
Special Features:Located along the Colorado River in central Texas, Inks Lake is one in a chain of seven lakes. It is a constant-level lake, unaffected by drought conditions, and is surrounded by granite hills.
