Infrared standards from
IrDA. IrDA
Data is designed for data transfer over a distance of up to 1
metre, acting as a point-to-point cable replacement. Several
IrDA Data standards exist, supporting data rates from 9600 bps
- 50 Mbps, namely
SIR,
FIR, and VFIR.
