Location:On Queen Kaahumanu Highway (Highway 19), 2.6 miles north of Keahole Airport.
Facilities:Beach, picnic area, portable toilets, trails, scenic vista; no drinking water.
Activities:Hiking, swimming, other beach-related activities.
Special Features:This wilderness park includes the Mahaiula and Kua Bay sections, two beach areas linked by a 4.5 mile segment of the historic coastal trail, Ala Kahakai. Visitors can also hike to the summit of Puu Kuili, a 342-foot hgih cinder cone that offers an excellent view of the coastline.
