Khoiniki

 

a city (since 1967) and the administrative center of Khoiniki Raion, Gomel’ Oblast, Byelorussian SSR. The city is 3 km from the Khoiniki railroad station, the terminus of a branch line from the Gomel’-Kalinkovichi line. Khoiniki has a wood-products combine, an automotive repair plant, and a canned goods factory. It also has a peat-processing factory, a creamery, and a factory for the manufacture of reinforced concrete products.
