Activities:Camping, boating (no private boats), canoeing, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, guided tours, interpretive programs.
Special Features:Park is adjacent to Kings Mountain National Military Park (see separate entry in national parks section), a prominent Revolutionary War battle site. A living history farm at the park illustrates the lifestyle of early pioneers.
