Korsunsky, Yaroslaw

(1926–2009)
A native Ukrainian who practiced architecture though he spoke no English. His firm helped design the Mall of America in Minneapolis, MN along with many nursing homes, schools, and community centers. In Chicago, IL he designed the Saints Volodymyr and Olha Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral, a local landmark with a gold dome in the Byzantine Ukrainian style.
